beauty mark?

can you see it? on her top lip... right side? this mysterious spot just showed up a few days ago... not sure what it is?

bad day? (Monday's Post 6/7/10... and a MONDAY it was!)

...why yes it was! laundry room flooded, phone died.... ok that is all that happened, but isn't that enough for one day? for one week? well... i did miss a post! and i did miss a day of pictures with charly... Sunday got away from us... we were busy having fun! So today on my bad day... all I had to do was look into those eyes and it all seemed to melt away... at least for awhile! She is the world to me! By the way... isn't she too old to keep sucking on toys and washclothes in the bath???

just kicking back with a cold one...

yes yes yes... i did say yesterday she was sick... well... she is! at our house this is what you do when you're sick... you know, to see if it helps! it did... kind of! poor thing has an awful cold. the weather was just right for a dip in the pool, so that is just what we did (and then we ran out for some cough/cold medicine!).

daddy left today for 2 weeks (drill)! the most awesome part about it... about 30 minutes before he left charly starting coughing, running a fever of 101.6 and threw up! PRICELESS! there may not be pictures for a little while... we'll see what tomorrow brings!

when you close one door....

another one opens? not in this case. charly has gotten in the habit of shutting doors. the problem is she shuts herself in the room and realizes it and freaks out. tonight she shut herself in the room with me and then realized her dad was outside the door and tried to look underneath it to find him~ the whole time calling his name!
